Parish Mission Statement

St John the Evangelist is a worshipping and witnessing community within the Liberal Catholic tradition of the Church of England, which is expressed through the centrality of the Eucharist and daily prayer

We welcome and celebrate the diversity of people in our inner London parish, informing and enriching our worship

As a Christian family we support each other in our journey of faith, at the same time challenging each other to live out Gospel values of love, compassion and sharing.

We are committed to responding to the needs of the wider community, especially the most vulnerable, by offering practical help and in campaigning against injustice.

We welcome everybody to join us in enriching the life of the parish.
